I want to share my experience of using the oven. I burned my last one because it was cheap, and the pizza only heated from the bottom. This time I decided not to take any chances, so I bought an open oven. I read this whole article mykitchenadvisor.com/portable-pizza-oven/ while I was choosing. They cook quickly, the pizza turns out soft. What I like best, it's easy to transport.

A steamer is an invaluable piece of equipment in commercial kitchens, particularly in catering operations that prioritize healthy cooking methods and the preservation of nutrients in food. By using steam to cook various ingredients, including vegetables, seafood, and even meats, a steamer allows for the retention of flavors, colors, and nutritional value that can be lost through other cooking methods, such as boiling or frying. This makes it an excellent choice for catering companies that aim to provide balanced, wholesome meals, particularly for health-conscious clients or those with dietary restrictions. Moreover, steam cooking promotes even cooking, reduces the risk of burning or overcooking, and can accommodate large quantities of food simultaneously, increasing kitchen efficiency. Additionally, steamers are often designed with ease of use and cleaning in mind, making them an ideal asset for busy catering environments where time and hygiene are critical. Overall, the versatility and health benefits of steam cooking make a steamer an essential tool in modern catering operations. steamers
